Common questions about the Lukloop app

Lukloop is a mobile app for online sellers to sync marketplace orders, download shipping labels, and print via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi label printers.

Lukloop supports Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Connect stores via OAuth, sync orders to ship, download shipping labels, and print from your phone.

iOS: App Store (not available on mainland China App Store). Android: official APK on our download page.

Confirm in your platform's seller centre that the order is arranged to ship and the label exists, then refresh sync in the app. If it still fails, check whether store authorization has expired.

Each successful label print uses one credit. New users may receive trial credits on registration. You can redeem voucher codes in the app. Remaining credits appear in Printer settings or membership status.

Enable Bluetooth and location permissions, rescan in Printer settings, and use Configure Wi-Fi for network printers. If it still fails, email support@lukloop.com with your printer model and app version.
