1. Acceptance

By using the Lukloop app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Description of Service

Lukloop provides a mobile app for e-commerce sellers, including:

• User registration, login, and account management
• Connecting marketplace stores and syncing orders
• Retrieving, downloading, and printing shipping label PDFs
• Connecting Bluetooth / Wi-Fi label printers
• Print credits, vouchers, and related membership features
• Marketing Videos (Business membership): create short product videos from listings, images, or text
• Optional publish to TikTok: upload a video you approve to your connected TikTok account with caption and visibility you choose

Lukloop is not a logistics company. We do not provide shipping or warehousing; delivery is handled by marketplaces and carriers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, to disrupt systems, access data without authorization, or abuse platform APIs.

When you publish to TikTok through Lukloop, you must comply with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of captions, disclosures (including promotional or AI-generated content labels), and the rights to use the video and any music or imagery it contains.

5. Fees & Print Credits

Some features consume print credits. Registration may include trial credits; rules shown in the app apply. Voucher redemption follows the terms issued with each code.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Connecting marketplace platforms requires compliance with their terms. We are not liable beyond reasonable limits for outages caused by API changes, expired authorization, or platform policies.

TikTok integration is optional. You authorize Lukloop to act on your behalf only to publish content you explicitly confirm. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time through TikTok account settings or by contacting us. We do not post to TikTok without your review and confirmation of post settings in Lukloop.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by networks, third-party platforms, printer compatibility, or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, website, and related content are owned by Lukloop. You may not copy or commercialize them without permission.

9. Privacy

10. Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
